Surviving Elements from a Larger Whole

A collection of recovered objects united by the unfortunate absence of whatever originally surrounded them. The surviving elements include evidence of fishing, celestial activity, security, precision cutting and architectural provision.

In several cases, the missing context has proved considerably less informative than the fragment itself.
