Refund Policy

Each piece produced by The Misattributed Curator is a one-off work, assembled by hand from recovered materials. As such, refunds are handled with care on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with how the piece has arrived, please get in touch as soon as possible. Wherever possible, repairs or replacements will be offered before a refund is considered.

Refunds may be issued if:

• An item arrives damaged beyond reasonable repair

• A fault is identified that cannot be resolved

Due to the nature of the work, returns for change of mind are not generally accepted. However, if something genuinely isn't right, you're encouraged to get in touch - conversation is always preferable to silence.

Refunds, where agreed, will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been returned or the issue confirmed.
