These terms apply to all purchases made from The Misattributed Curator.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Nature of the Work

All items sold are original, one-off works, assembled by hand from recovered materials. Variations, imperfections, and signs of age are intentional and form part of each piece's character.

No two works are identical.

Orders & Payments

​

• All prices are listed in GBP

• Payment must be received in full before an item is dispatched

• Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared

​

Shipping

Items are carefully packaged and shipped using tracked delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are stated at checkout

Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier

If an item arrives damaged, please contact The Misattributed Curator as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the work, returns for change of mind are not generally accepted.

​

Refunds or repairs may be offered if:

• An item arrives damaged

• A fault is identified that cannot reasonably be resolved

Care & Handling

Works are intended for display. While materials are securely mounted, items should be handled with care and kept out of reach of children and pets.

All content, images, and descriptions on this website remain the property of The Misattributed Curator and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Misattributed Curator is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including courier delays.
